Our Philosophy
The Fort Leavenworth philosophy is based on the belief that differentiation within the general education classroom provides the most beneficial educational environment for all children. Thus, we believe that through specially designed instruction, related services, differentiation, and accommodations, students with differing abilities can succeed and grow at Fort Leavenworth. Therefore, special education support and services are an integral part of each school and are provided to eligible students ages 3 to 21.
