1. Cross lateral knee lifts – Bring both arms across the body -alternating side-to-side 2. Under leg hand-off – Lift opposite knee and hand the scarf off under the knee from the inside-out 3. Cross-Punch - Cross the body with the arms. Don’t twist. 4. Jumping Jacks –Narrow-Wide-Narrow – Jump and when your feet go out, your hands go up.
