The Leader in Me Student Survey

To the Families of our Students,

 

Beginning February 8, 2023, each of our schools will administer the Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) student survey from Franklin Covey as part of our school’s “The Leader in Me” (TLIM). The survey provides our schools with data from grades 4 and above students.  PK-9 parents/guardians will also receive a separate TLIM family survey to complete. Both surveys provide insights that will be used to monitor progress toward school improvement. Student and family survey responses are anonymous and no personally identifiable student data will be collected.

A parent/guardian must “opt-in” with your consent for your child(ren) to complete the survey.  This “opt-in” for the “TLIM Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) Survey Parent Permission Form” is found in Skyward Family Access.

Please complete a permission form for each of your children in grades 4 and above by February 6, 2023. These students will receive their survey from their classroom teacher by February 15th. The family survey will be sent to all parents/guardians via Skyward email on February 6th.  The link to complete the survey will be open from February 6th to February 15th.
