At the beginning – As you put your hands together, think of something you want to let go of and not worry about anymore.
As your hands come together and start to rise up the midline, breath in through your nose and think about letting it go until your hands reach the top.
When your hands reach the top, explode and let all the air along with what you want to let go of be released out of your mouth as your hands explode away from each other and gently back down to your side.
