1. Bunny Breathing – Four quick breaths in through your nose while lifting your arms a little more each breath. Then exhale out of your mouth while pushing your hands back down toward the ground.
2. Volcano Breathing – With hands together, breath in through your nose while pushing your hand up above your head. When you get to the top where your arms are straight, release all the air you’ve taken in and blow it out of your mouth like a volcano exploding.
3. Sunrise Breathing – hang with your arms dangling down and hands below your knees. Rise up and look at the ceiling as you breath in through your nose filling your lungs with air. Release the air out of your mouth as you relax and once again begin to go forward hanging over with your arms dangling down again.
4. Smell the Flower Breathing – Bend over and reach toward the opposite foot with your hand to pretend you are picking a flower. Bring the hand up to your nose like you are smelling the sweet fragrance of the flower in through your nose. Then exhale out of your mouth and reach with the opposite hand down toward the opposite foot to pick a flower from that side and repeat the same breathing technique.
